| Comments: | MV started splashing during a river pause at 1203. Continued to splash with a few fuzzballs in lower mortar and surges in upper mortar. Brief bottom vent eruption at 1212. Pause duration=12 minutes. River came on at 1215 and main vent continued to splash. River off at 1219 for a second River vent pause. Main vent continued to splash until 1236 where there was the last splash in main seen. Bottom vent began a very large eruption at 1234 and ended at 1249 with no splashing in main. River on at 1248 pause duration=29 minutes. Gold on at 1249. Angle on at 1256. Water levels initially variable to bad. Then they recovered to be very good. A surge appeared in upper mortar and water levels did not drop. Lock at 1305. Upper mortar surged at 1309. Dropped back down then water levels appeared in lower mortar and fan took off. Lock initiated. UM start. Fan and Mortar 1309. Duration=33 minutes |
