Comments: | "Big Sprinkler". Relatively large eruption from westernmost vent in the Sprinkler Geyser complex (Sprinkler Group, Lower Geyser Basin), located at 44° 33' 15.25" North latitude, 110° 48' 39.70" West longitude (using 2016 satellite photos & Google Earth coordinates). This is ~4.25 meters southeast of West Sprinkler Geyser. Eruption from early 1435 to early 1436 (just over 1 minute duration). Seen from roadside pullout near Thud Group. |
