Is there any possibility this was a Fan Solo? Mortar looks a lot drier than I would have expected. And while I keep seeing water jetting from Fan occasionally, Mortar has been quietly steaming. EDIT: Jeff brought to my attention that the wind might have played a factor in what puddles got filled and what didn't. In light of that, I could see it having been both Fan and Mortar. I'd still rather have somebody say, "No I was there and saw Mortar erupting."
