Western vent started eruption at 1924 with decent splashing for that vent, then weak splashing at 1925 & fine spits/occasional thin sprays after: 1925 to 1929. Western vent had decent spraying at 1929, then less vigorous and less frequent spraying at 1930. Weak, occasional spits/fine sprays from western vent at 1931. Gentle to slightly forced steaming only from western vent at 1932-onward. Eastern vent dominated eruption, as usual, with moderately strong splashing. Eastern vent with weak, intermittent sprays of water at 1938 & off for good at 1938 - gentle steaming after. |
