Comments: | Due to wind direction blowing the water toward Echinus, the water phase was clean. Hill to the north was dry: no dirt pouring into North Vent. Small rocks and rubble on the South Platform. North vent in steam at 10 minutes, Udo reported it had returned to water a few minutes later, so I think he has a better estimate for the water phase duration. Heinrich got a height estimate of 256 feet a few minutes into the eruption. |
