Comments: | As I cleared trees driving northbound in Elk Park, saw steam cloud with water rapidly increasing in height. Was in full eruption by the north end of Elk Park. Time on phone was 1955. Still saw water from lot. Got out, woohooed, then jogged down the path. Water height decreasing after I passed Emerald Spring. This one was much louder in steam phase than the one I saw from start on 09-07-18. This one also barely got top of bridge wet at steerage. 09-07-18 flooded up and over the bridge. |
