Whilst the indicator did appear to be within a minute or two of start, I do not think 10-20s is accurate timing. This is based on the fact that the indicator was growing in size rapidly once the camera viewed it ie, and was sustained a few minutes later. Most Indicators (over 90%) of them begin, increase, and decrease slightly as they become sustained at a low height before slowly bursting a sustained, and large height. Many indicators also act as a cubic function of height, beginning and growing taller, then either becoming sustained or dropping in height slightly before increasing until Beehive erupts. This comment was added for future note.
