R off and MV splashing at 0927. Splashing continued in MV. R on at 0954 with BV sending water to the river and LM splashing and UM steaming heavily at times. R pause at 1000. R on at 1003. Second RV pause at 1010. R on again at 1013. G on 1019. A on 1029.

Heavy MV steam starting at 0915 during quiet period before R on. BV and LM water increase at 0920. MV roars at 0922. Small MV splash at 0927. Continuous splashing from MV. Thick MV splash within crater at 0932. R attempted to start and failed at 0936. MV continued to splash in crater. Last MV splash 0958. BV runoff to Firehole River at 0951. R on 0954. R off at 1000 for first R Pause. R back on at 1003 following 3 min. pause with no MV splashes. R off at 1010 to start second R pause. R back on at 1013 following 3 min. pause with no MV splashing. G on 1019. A on 1029. Water in cone of UM at 1033. Another weak UM splash at 1040. Frying Pan on 1045. Water levels briefly encouraging but really never looked good. R still on at 1055 when I left.
