| Comments: | Based on information from a passing visitor Dog’s Leg was erupting for perhaps 20 seconds before I noticed it. Corporal received the runoff from Dog’s Leg and slowly drained as Dog’s Leg’s eruption progressed. Corporal was muddy dark gray and calm and the pool has many pine needles washed into it. The eruption itself averaged 2-5 feet though occasional spray reached 8 feet. Dog’s Leg threw many tiny rocks and pieces of dirt. It continued splashing constantly for 45 min then approximately 20 minutes of intermittent splashes…Grover S |
