9/15/1980 Disturbance: Splutter Pot Geyser – did not follow the pattern of increased activity observed in its neighbor, Big Whirligig. Splutter Pot appears to be drowned out by the increased run off coming from Blue Geyser. Temp while water flowing into it- not ie 171ºF. Only one observed eruption at the end of a Big Whirligig. |
