Note:Oblong’s pool was full on approach. At 1445, overflow was reaching the right front of the terraces. In general, Oblong was cycling with anywhere from 20 minute cycles to a couple of fairly deep drops and a couple of stalls. The drop at 1544 lasted about 20 minutes. The drop at 1617 came after a fairly strong overflow. (May have had “drool” but cloudy sky & hard to tell.) I could see maybe 8-9” of exposed rocks during this drop and I could barely see the water. It rose fairly quickly to about 2-3” of exposed islands, then stalled until ~1640. It had a push at 1648 and again at 1718. I hoped that the osprey catching a fish might be a good sign, but Oblong dropped after that push, then stalled a few inches down again.
