| Note: | GHG-15 (UTF on the path to Solitary on the right side as you head to Solitary) is much hotter and seems to be enlarging under the boardwalk. It seems rangers are monitoring the temperature. Looks REALLY hot. The UTF on the left side of the boardwalk has no microbes and occasionally sends up bubbles.When I went back for more documentation photos, at 1620, the side of GHG-15 (right) closest to Geyser Hill was softly roaring like a fumarole, but the left side of the large opening still had water in it and the vent closest to Solitary was splashing away. |
