| Note: | 09/10/1971 Vixon - apparently there has been no eruptions at all today as all of the area around the dense geyserite vent was completely dry. It normally plays at least once every 1-2 minutes putting on a very short and pretty display and it is very disappointing to think that this faithful performer might be dormant. By 8:15 PM the water level had risen 6 inches from Tom’s observation of this morning, but its behavior was the same. |
