| Note: | The YVO temperature graphs for individual geysers seem to show that the Norris Basin “weekly” cycle has shortened from a seven day cycle to six days. Also, it appears that Steamboat had become out of sync with the Norris cycle. (For the eruption on June 4, for example, Steamboat made several attempts over the period of a couple of days to erupt.). It seemed logical to assume that Steamboat would either have a short interval or an extra long one to get back in sync. |
