| Note: | 8/27/1981 (Undated in log – placed on 27th based on log order) Lognote: Sunday Geyser is erupting at maximum 15 feet, but most eruptions are in the 5-10 foot ranges. The major activity is out of the left vent as seen from Africa, but there are quite a few comparable bursts out of the right vent. The action from the right vent increases as the left vent wanes. Activity in the left vent continues through the quiet period, so I’ve stopped using that as start of preplay. I am still using the start of 5 foot play from the left vent as the start of majors.
