| Note: | 07/28/1975 Veteran is behaving in an astonishing manner! Erupted six (6) times between 10:09 a.m. and 10:35 a.m.. Approximate intervals – three minutes. Erupted each time the adjacent pool drained back into it. Evidence of other eruptions not witnessed between 9:50 and 10:09. Each eruption a major one, hurling water as far as the grass and lodgepoles on the far side of the run-off channel; water thrown on the trail through the subsidiary vent pointing at the trail. |
